Estate Rescue, LLC representatives are not lenders or lawyers and do not give legal advice. We encourage all homeowners to consult with an attorney.
Our Business Philosophy
Our objective is to STOP foreclosures, thus keeping you in the driver's seat. Washington State has no right of redemption for homeowners, meaning if you lose your home at auction, you have no legal means of recovery. And many lenders will be less likely to consider you for a loan on another home if your current house gets sold at foreclosure auction. Your ability to own a home in the future and take part in the American Dream is important. Estate Rescue wants to help you recoup as much or your assets as possible and help you get a fresh start. If you are facing a foreclosure, you're not alone. Estate Rescue works with homeowners facing foreclosure to help them understand their options before the home is lost at auction.
Our Business Model
Estate Rescue charges no up front fee so if you don't win, we don't win. Our fees are paid by the investor who buys your property. At one time, Estate Rescue focused on lease options that allowed some homeowners to stay in their home through the sale. However due to frivolous law suits, the homeowner is required to vacate the property around the time of closing. It is still of great benefit to the homeowner by stopping the foreclosure.
Our Team
Estate Rescue's current territory ranges from Vashon to North Bend and from Snohomish to Tacoma, Washington. Our specialists focus on specific regions within this territory, thus providing you with personalized assistance. |
Update
Estate Rescue is discontinuing its Lease Back option.
Due to frivolous law suits in this industry, Estate Rescue no longer facilitates Lease Back situations that attempt to keep homeowners in their home. Unfortunately, this option for a resolution like Tom and Debra’s is no longer available. All clients must vacate the house at closing. Our goal is to save your ability to own a home in the future.
